Since 1801, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia has brought area businesses and civic leaders together to promote growth and create opportunity in our region, a key business advocacy organization of member companies that promotes economic development in the 11-county Greater Philadelphia region.
Claire Greenwood is Executive Director of the Chamber’s CEO Council for Growth, and its Vice President of Leadership Engagement. She’s responsible for advancing the Chamber’s and affiliated organizations’ work to amplify the region’s competitive advantages and for engaging executives to advocate, market, and grow companies and jobs to accelerate regional economic growth. The CEO Council for Growth, the federal advocacy arm of the Chamber, engages business, higher education and civic leaders to foster regional cooperation, enhance mobility, advance innovation and develop and retain talent within the tri-state region.
Claire graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Biological Sciences and a minor in psychology, and holds a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
